The Greater Pittsburgh Ecommerce Partners organization was founded in 1990 as a forum for representatives of local companies to meet and share information about E-Commerce (EC) related technologies. Originally focused on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) education and networking, we have since evolved the group to address the needs of a wide variety of E-Commerce technologies. The group meets approximately 4-5 times throughout the year, at which we invite guest speakers to share their insights on new technologies and business practices impacting our respective industries, as it relates to EC/EDI. Our attendees typically represent Project Management, Technology Management, and Business areas of the organization that have a stake in E-Commerce.
